Almost always. Faces work best at 800 px or more on the long edge, but we routinely rebuild 20-year-old scans and phone photos taken in dark rooms.
If a photo genuinely will not engrave well we tell you before charging anything and ask for a different one.
Proofs are emailed within 24 hours. Allow 10–20 days for delivery after you approve the proof.
Photograph the damage and email us. If it was damaged in transit we remake it and pay the shipping both ways.
