What you are buying

Each crystal is made to order: your photograph is converted into a three-dimensional point cloud and written inside the crystal by laser. Because every piece is made for one person, it is a personalised good, not a stock item.

Your photo

You confirm that you own the photograph or have the right to use it, and that everyone shown in it has agreed. You give us permission to reproduce it for the sole purpose of making and shipping your crystal. We will not use it for anything else without your written consent.

If you send us a photograph you do not have the right to use, you are responsible for any claim that results.

Proof approval

Nothing is engraved until you approve a proof. We email a rendered preview within 24 hours of your order. Edits at that stage are free and unlimited. Once you approve it, production starts and the engraving cannot be changed.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include the gift box. Import duties, where they apply, are shown at checkout and paid by us in advance. We take payment when the order is placed.

Delivery

Orders ship within 5–7 business days of proof approval and delivery takes 10–20 days. Tracking is included. If a parcel is lost in transit we remake and reship at our cost.

Returns and refunds

Because each crystal is engraved with your photograph, we cannot accept a return for a change of mind once it has been made. We will always put it right if:

• the crystal arrives damaged or broken;
• the engraving does not match the proof you approved;
• the wrong shape, size or base was sent.

In those cases we remake the piece or refund it in full, and we pay shipping both ways. Tell us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photograph of the problem.

Breakage after delivery

Crystal is glass. Our five-year break-free guarantee covers manufacturing faults, not a drop, a knock or thermal shock. Keep it off the dishwasher and away from hard edges.

Our liability

We are responsible for the crystal we make and for delivering it. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as a missed occasion. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you bought as a consumer in the EU, UK or US, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
