Tower, Brick, Heart and Cube are designed around one photo, though our artists can blend two side-by-side on Medium and larger. The Prestige is built for multi-photo stories — up to 10 images layered at different depths. Yes — it’s one of our most-loved tricks. Grandparents who never shared a frame with their grandchild, a couple whose best photos are separate: our artists merge them into one natural composition and show you the result on your free proof. Text engraving is free — up to 40 characters in five elegant fonts. We support English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and emoji hearts. If your message needs special characters, mention it in the instructions and we’ll confirm on the proof. It helps, but it’s not required. Modern phone photos are more than enough, and our free enhancement service restores faded prints, sharpens soft focus and reduces noise. If a photo is too damaged to engrave well, we’ll tell you honestly before you pay. 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Your proof typically arrives within one business day of ordering, so most crystals are engraved and on their way in under a week total. Prestige orders get priority scheduling. No. The image isn’t ink or film — it’s physical geometry inside the glass, so it can’t fade, yellow, rub off or wash away. Direct sunlight doesn’t harm it, and it will look the same in fifty years as it does today. Tell us what to change — cropping, text, layout, even a different photo — and we’ll revise it, free, until you’re happy. If you decide not to proceed before approving, you’ll get a full refund.
