Every crystal is made to order. After you approve your free 3D proof — which typically arrives within one business day of ordering — production takes 3–5 business days. Add your chosen shipping speed below and that’s your total wait. Prestige orders receive priority scheduling.

Need it faster? Choose expedited production at checkout and your crystal jumps to the front of the engraving queue, cutting production to 1–2 business days.

We ship to all 50 US states plus APO/FPO addresses. Every parcel is insured and double-boxed, with the crystal itself wrapped in molded foam inside a gift box — because a gift should arrive looking like a gift.

30-Day Reprint Policy

Because each crystal is engraved just for you, we don’t resell returned pieces. Instead, we offer a no-quibble reprint policy:

• Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 30 days and we’ll remake and reship it free, no return required.
• Doesn’t match your approved proof? We’ll reprint it free — that’s the whole point of the proof system.
• Changed your mind before approving your proof? Full refund, instantly, no questions.
• Unopened accessories (LED bases, care kits, unworn jewelry) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

5-Year Break-Free Guarantee — Full Terms

Crystal is strong, but life happens: a wagging tail, a curious toddler, an over-eager cat. That’s why every crystal ships with our Break-Free Guarantee:

• If your crystal chips, cracks or develops an engraving defect under normal use within five years of delivery, we’ll reprint and reship it at no cost.
• One free replacement per order. Additional replacements are available at 50% of the current price.
• To claim: email a photo of the damage to support@crystalsora.com with your order number. Approval is typically within one business day.
• The guarantee covers accidental drops and normal wear — it does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, or accessories such as LED bases (which carry their own 1-year warranty).
